The Photograph
I spent the late afternoon that this photograph was made, hiking up along the Artist Point Trail, rain, and some sleet my only companions. I was wet. I was cold. But I was having the time of my life. There is nothing quite like having Yosemite all to oneself. I hiked my way up to Tunnel View and it too was wondrously empty. Not a person in sight, which is quite odd no matter the time of year. So, I can say with a fair amount of certainty that this specific view of the Valley from Tunnel View is unique. I am very happy to share this special moment in time with you!
